Musculoskeletal therapy focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating pain or injury affecting the muscles, joints, and soft tissues. We see patients with a wide range of concerns from acute injuries such as sprains, strains, or tendon issues, to longer-term problems like joint stiffness, poor posture, or ongoing back and neck pain. Whether caused by sport, work, or everyday movement, our aim is to reduce pain, restore function, and support long-term recovery.

MSK Assessment Upper Body (New Patient)-£80
This initial appointment is designed to assess and treat new pain or injury affecting the upper body including the neck, shoulders, mid back, elbow, or wrist.
A detailed musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment will be carried out to identify the root cause of your symptoms. We’ll examine posture, joint mobility, muscular imbalances, movement restrictions, and nerve involvement if relevant.​ Based on your needs, a personalised treatment plan will be created to help reduce pain, restore range of motion, and improve function.​ You’ll also be provided with tailored exercise advice and self-care strategies to support your recovery and maintain progress between sessions.

MSK Assessment Lower Body (New Patient)- £80

This initial appointment is designed to assess and treat new pain or injury affecting the lower body including the the hip, knee, or foot and ankle.
A detailed musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment will be carried out to identify the root cause of your symptoms.
