Which session do I need?
I want to improve performance, reduce soreness, or support recovery
Book a Performance & Recovery session. This covers sports massage, soft tissue therapy, trigger point release, cupping, kinesiology taping, infrared heat, and other techniques to support active bodies.

I have pain, an injury, or long-term joint/muscle issues
Book a Pain & Injury session. This includes MSK assessments, rehabilitation, and follow-up treatments to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function.

PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY SESSIONS

Sports Massage - £50

Deep tissue massage to reduce soreness, improve flexibility, and aid recovery after training or physical activity. Techniques may include stretching, soft tissue release, and trigger point therapy.

Kinesiology Taping - From £20
Supports muscles and joints without restricting movement. Helps reduce pain, improve circulation, and provide stability during activity.

MSK Assessment – Upper Body £80
Assessment and treatment for new pain or injury affecting the neck, shoulders, mid-back, elbow, or wrist. We examine posture, joint mobility, muscular imbalances, and movement restrictions. You will receive a personalised treatment plan, exercise advice, and self-care guidance.

MSK Assessment – Lower Body £80
Assessment and treatment for new pain or injury affecting the hips, knees, feet, or ankles. Includes full evaluation, personalised plan, and self-care guidance.

Upper or Lower body Follow-Up Treatment £65
For returning patients. Focuses on progressing your recovery plan, reassessing your response to treatment, and adjusting techniques or exercises as needed. Please get in touch directly with us to book.
