Additional Sports Therapy Treatments
Available as Add-ons or Individual Treatments
Chinese Dry Cupping-
A traditional therapy using suction cups placed on the skin to increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing. Often used to relieve tightness, improve circulation, and aid recovery from soft tissue injuries.
Soft Tissue Release-
A hands-on technique that combines precise pressure with assisted movement to lengthen tight muscles and fascia. Useful for restoring flexibility, reducing tension, and improving functional movement.
IASTM
(Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage)-
A technique using specially designed tools to treat soft tissue restrictions. It helps break down scar tissue, reduce inflammation, and improve mobility, especially after injury or repetitive strain.
Muscle Energy Techniques-

A gentle, active therapy where the patient contracts a muscle against resistance, followed by a stretch. It’s effective for releasing tight muscles, correcting joint alignment, and improving range of motion.
Myofascial Release-
Targets the fascial the connective tissue surrounding muscles using sustained pressure and stretching. Helps release restrictions, relieve pain, and improve movement in areas of chronic tension or injury.
Trigger Point Therapy-
Focuses on identifying and releasing tight, tender areas (trigger points) in muscles that refer pain to other parts of the body. Used to reduce muscle knots, relieve referred pain, and improve function.
Neuromuscular and Acupressure Techniques-
A combination of precise pressure and palpation on nerve and muscle points to relieve pain, reduce tension, and improve neuromuscular function. Often used for deep muscular imbalances and chronic pain.
Infrared-Heat Lamp -
Used to warm tissues and improve circulation before or during treatment. The infrared heat penetrates deep into muscles, helping to relax tight areas, reduce stiffness, and enhance the effects of manual therapy.
